Factory Analytics: machine monitoring from one camera per machine
Factory Analytics counts finished work from a camera on each machine. It compares the count with the day's target and shows each station as on track, at risk or behind, while there is still time to act.
How it works
- A camera watches the machine and counts each finished part.
- The count is compared with the day's target.
- The recent pace projects where the station will finish by the end of the shift.
- Each station gets one light: green for on track, yellow for at risk, red for behind.
What you can see
- Part count by station and by shift.
- Projected finish against the target.
- Which waiting order depends on a station that is behind.
What it needs
One camera per machine. No sensors and no wiring into the machine. The models run on a small computer in your factory.
Where it fits
Discrete parts you can count, such as doors, furniture and metal parts. 10 to 100 machines is where we fit best. Continuous processes such as extrusion are not supported yet.
Status
We are taking a small number of pilot factories. We do not publish accuracy numbers until we have measured them on fixed cameras.
